Welcome to the Baileys community!
We encourage creativity and sharing, but we also have a few important rules to ensure a respectful, safe, and legally compliant environment — especially when it comes to responsible alcohol communication in Switzerland. By using the hashtag #Baileys or interacting with our content, you agree to the following guidelines:

Age Restrictions:

Do not share photos, videos, or content featuring individuals under the age of 25, including yourself. This ensures compliance with Swiss advertising law and Diageo’s internal policies regarding alcohol promotion.

Responsible Content:

Do not post sexually suggestive content or text. Do not promote excessive drinking, drunk driving, smoking, illegal substances, or any irresponsible behaviour. Always promote responsible enjoyment of Baileys.

Moderation:

The hashtag #Baileys and associated pages are regularly monitored to ensure adherence to these guidelines. We reserve the right to remove, or request removal of, any content that violates these rules without prior notice.

Respectful Communication:

Treat all members of the community with respect and consideration. Derogatory, insulting, discriminatory, or offensive comments will be removed. Avoid using inappropriate language or swear words — such content may be deleted at our discretion.

Privacy and Permissions:

Do not post content featuring individuals, organisations, names, images, videos, or audio without obtaining explicit permission. Do not share personal information that should remain private. Such posts will be removed to protect your privacy.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure that all content you share is factually accurate, legally permissible, and does not infringe on privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content will not be tolerated.

No Advertising or Spam:

Do not post promotional content, spam, or links directing users to external websites, blogs, or social media pages. Such posts will be removed.

Reporting Inappropriate Content:

If you notice any content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us.

Platform Compliance:

All content shared using #Baileys must comply with the respective social media platform’s Terms of Use.

Right to Remove Content:

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may be blocked and, where necessary, reported to the platform.

Use of Video Content and UGC Guidelines:

You will receive your personalised video and filter via the e-mail address provided. You are permitted to share this video on social media platforms only if you comply with our User Generated Content (UGC) guidelines and use the hashtag #Baileys. Details of the UGC guidelines are provided on the following page. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm your consent to these sharing conditions.

Data Access:

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorised personnel from: Promotion-Tools and Baileys (Diageo Group).No personal data will be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Data Retention Period:

Your video will be stored for thirty (30) days from the date of creation. After this period, it will be securely deleted. Please ensure you download your video within this timeframe. Your e-mail address will be retained for the purpose of receiving the Baileys newsletter, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the newsletter.

Your Rights:

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
